At this point it kind of seems ridiculous that your pretty much expected to give your second blue buff to your mid laner, and your red buff to the adc once mid game rolls around. It kind of feels like once you hit a certain point in the game clearing your own jungle starts to become a crime because your team "needs" the gold or xp.
The trick is to read the map and figure out what is going on. There will be times that are optimal for clearing and times that are optimal for ganking. If you constantly clear during the optimal times then your stuff won't really be up for your team to even take. If you are always having the problem of camps being stolen from your team mates that means you are missing your optimal clear times. The only times I see anyone take a camp are when I know I messed up and didn't clear when I should have.
