match making broken

Plz fix this crap, no matter how many games or game mode blind pick or team build builder I cant win, it keeps giving me bronze 5 team mates well match me to fight silver-gold enemy's that are try hards, so as it stands its not properly matching the teams correctly, and its creating alot of toxicity. fix this crap so im giving a correct team that knows how to actually play the game.
