Bard is really going to become a semi-jg champ with the new runes
Face of the mountain/Smite is going to be the first few minutes of support until you smite dragon, then change your spell to what you need.

SuperCosmicHobo1 votesWe won't truly know how good it is until it is tried. I mean, if your adc is bad at last hits, you literally can smite it for relic shield's passive proc. A bit of cheese? Most likely you won't even be engaging that early anyways, by level 6 taking dragon is a main objective and your ult/smite has what it takes to steal dragon. If your adc can play safely or if you can aggro well, then smite might not be a bad pick. I pretty much know Bard from the inside out of his mechanics. I just can't wait to try and see how well it does. If it is bad, then I just won't try it no more lol.
