Items that are debuffed when they are upgraded

I was bored so I decided to name items that get debuffed when they're upgraded. Add more please Has a secret passive. Everytime you use an ability, you get 4 mana back when your mana goes up by 4. Once it's been upgraded all the way, your spells don't get 4 mana refunded anymore. When upgraded to Mejai's soulstealer, it loses the 25% increased healing from potions passive. This USED to be one, but I'll try and count it anyways just for fun. So far we have 2, and technically 3 if you reverse the patch I'll count items from ANY VERSION ex(7.4, 6.1, 3.3)
