Does Jihn get reduced attack damage from AS slows?

Title. Do attack speed slows do anything to jihn? do they reduce his attack damage because of his passive? It's unclear as to if they would do anything against him

Assuming it is like ramus, hecarom, galio scaling yes it would cause his ad to go down

It has no affect on his damage. I just tested to make sure by having a nunu bot use his E on me. Hell even my actual AS didn't go down since his passive states Jhins AS is lock as (.XX)

Believe it or not Jihn is completely immune to the effect of attack speed debuffs in every way when I tested it. No loss of attack rate, no loss of AD.

That seems frustrating. I feel like attack speed debuffs should have some form of impact on him, instead of absolutely nothing

He counters himself with the reload mechanic I guess.

His AS doesn't go up much per level. And since he doesn't scale into AS at all, AS slows would be just too much for him since he can also only fire 4 shots then reload.
