Can you please fix Tiamat not working on Sion's passive?

Its 2019, Tiamat should not have any issues working on any champ, but for some reason Sions passive breaks Tiamat almost 80% of the time. It is incredibly frustrating building the one item that helps his passive with clearing, but is almost guaranteed to not function properly when you do have it, especially since Tiamat is a core item building into Titanic on Sion. Please fix
