riven is bullshit olaf is bullshit fiora is bullshit sion is bullshit urgot is bullshit illaoi is bullshit TRYND IS CANCER PANTH IS CANCER AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON RENEKTON every lane has a few champions you pray to god don't get picked top lane has like 12 there are so many champions that go top lane that it is near impossible to balance it properly i'm actually so tired of all the bullshit balancing issues in top that i've actually decided to stop playing top in exchange for jungle so i can still pick tanks. been a top main for 3 years and im just sick of it.

I can get fiora illlaoi trynd, panth, and renekton. They're all so very hard to fight. As for riven, sion, urgot, and olaf, they're a lot easier to manage.

Riven, get a bit of armor, and try to just poke her a bit in trades. Her regen is poop so any damage you get on her sticks.

Sion, just make sure he uses his shield to get him to waste the most mana, then just delete once he's out. otherwise his q and e clear will get you under turret pretty fast.

Urgot, make sure you get him to use a shotgun knee on a minion, then use that cd time to harass from that location, dont get hit by his q, because it's easy to use a minion to avoid his pew pew pew if you manage to avoid that q, its the only thing that locks him on.

Olaf, the best thing that cucks him, is a gw item. if you focus on damage, get an execs early, if you focus on tank, get the bramble vest, he get so screwed over by it

we get Irelia and Akali top too sometimes... cancer until they were nerfed recently...

how about the random bullshit Teemo or Camille or Quinn/Jayce that happened to counter ur melee ass :D

otherwise we get immovable tanks like Maokai or Ornn too.

Hell, lane bullies such as Darius and Yasuo grace their presence at top too.

... n that doggo Nasus... where no amount of ganking matters coz he's just gonna stack.

Maybe you should just get better at the game? Most of those champions arent a problem if you learn how to play top lane (with a few exceptions, being sion/urgot/renekton, basically auto win lane champs).
