If Sword of the Occult is being removed, then remove Mejai's Soulstealer as well.
There's no reason to keep SotO's AP accomplice, unless you're building it on Janna or another really safe AP support.

If people actually build Mejai's but don't build SOTO then that's... a pretty good reason for keeping Mejai's even if the other is going.
