Bard

I am sick and tired of bard being a troll pick, and i get dissed in champ select for picking him. But i do think that bard should have a buff purely because he just isnt a strong enough support to help out his adc. his abilities are fine mostly, his Q could do a bit more damage but that's ok for the moment, but he should start off a bit more tanky or even do a tiny bit more damage in autos because at the moment he can only slow or stun the enemy and he cant really tank for the adc. I know bard is meant to be difficult but he shouldn't be so useless. :'(
