Puppet dude

okay so firstly im saying that some of you may not like the design or things for this champion but please just read it and try to see all aspects of it (good or bad) and then comment them. i have spent quite a while thinking up this champion but im still only a 14 year old boy with not enough things to do so you might think that it isn't great.

So first im gonna tell you the design unfortunately my art skills are awful so i cant show you what i mean but i will try my best to tell you what its like in my head. So he's gonna be a kind of puppet man with one of those cool masks that are really smooth and have no mouth hole and he's going to be made of wood- cos hes a puppet- and he can have broken strings hanging from his arms and stuff, i was thinking he could walk in a kind of jittery way. he'll be one of those puppets which have gaps in there body where the joints are so it will look pretty cool i think. I want him to be a spellcaster with fairly high mana costs. And i think his name could be something like Masquero or something but its just an idea so ill be calling him puppet in the description for the abilities.

Now ill tell you what his abilities are, some of them don't have names because i cant think of one for them but if you find the names bad it doesn't really matter because they can be changed or whatever. So anyway here they are.

Passive- there are no strings on me!: all debuffs i.e. slows, stuns, DoT's, etc. on puppet are reduced by 20%

Q-noname: (skillshot) puppet fires a long but thin string at an enemy dealing damage, if a small enough gap comes between puppet and the enemy then the enemy is stunned, but otherwise it will break over time or by the enemy running away far enough. this also grants a stack on his ultimate.

W-noname: puppet creates six small puppets that fly around randomly in a small radius around him revealing any enemy champions (unless stealthed) for a fixed amount of time depending on the level puppet is. if the timer ends or the ability is reactivated then the small puppest fly back towards puppet dealing damage and slowing all enemies they pass through.

E-noname: when this ability is activated puppets attack speed is increased and he passivly gains a percentage of lost mana every third hit on a single enemy (only when the ability is active). the third hit will put a stack on his ultimate (unless hit in minions or jungle mobs). activating this ability will cancel the passive on the ultimate ( meaning that he wont get a string for every hit)

R-Puppet master: Passive: whenever puppet hits an enemy champion with a basic attack/ his Q/ the third hit on his E a string is attached to the enemy ( max 6) which will be broken after 20 seconds or if the enemy gets far away enough. (if the stun is used in the Q that will use up one stack) Active: When puppet has at least one stack of Puppet Master on an enemy champion he can cast this ability. 1-3 stacks deals a small amount of damage and taunts the enemy for time depending on how many stacks 4 stacks deals moderate damage and makes you able to control the enemy for 1 second, after 1 second the enemy is slowed a small amount 5 stacks deals moderate damage and makes you able to control the enemy for 2 seconds, after 2 seconds the enemy is slowed a small amount 6 stacks deals a high damage and makes you able to control the enemy for 3 seconds and then stunning them for 1 (it would be cool if they danced then like sona's ulti cos after all he is using strings on them!) The active in this ability is a channeling ability meaning that he wont be able to move while hes using it (he'll be too busy moving strings!).

Those are the abilities if you see any problems please say! i might have made some mistakes. of course every champion needs to have a taunt/joke and that but these are just ideas... Laugh: pretty simple just creepy laugh Joke: he reaches round to his back saying that he needs to do some tweaks here and there then he falls apart and says "ugh i hate it when that happens" Taunt: he gets all his strings and floats in a almost mangled position and hums. dance: first he goes completely limp like a puppet hung up in a shop window then he starts doing a merry jittery dance.
