Tips on being a better ADC or Mid through Low Elo?

Just as the title says I need a few tips on how to raise myself out of Low Elo... Im still in the process of figuring out which to main as well. I started off LoL in S1 or S2 as an ADC main and then played on and off for several seasons and each time went back to ADC...I really like how the mid plays and have thought about switching...

So tips would be much appreciated :)

The fastest way you're going to improve is if you get a coach to review your replays with you. Its hard to give useful advice without watching your replays. I was bronze not too long ago and I had quite a few coaches help me get into gold. I recommend checking out lol-coaching.com since there's a lot of free coaches. If you're interested I'd he happy to link you my coaching profile when I get home, I'm an ADC and mid main.

One of the things i did to get better at bot lane was to start playing yasuo there in norms. for some reason that always sharpens my skills. last season I would have said to start farming the krugs as frequently as possible. But thats not a thing anymore. yea. adc got gutted. but you can still play freelo ahri mid.

Only been in Silver for a little bit during S5, but I found waveclear and poke were extremely valuable at that ranking.

Even if my team couldn't win fights or fed, I could often stall out games (or poke the enemy team down) until we managed to start winning fights. I played mostly Varus and Ziggs at that ranking for ADC and Mid.
