So... as the title says... Is mid the best lane to carry the team with? I've played ADC for a while but I've found it hard to do well with a bad support, thus making it impossible to climb the ladders.
Mid and jungle are probably your best options provided you know how to control the map.
ap or tank supports would probably be your best bet atm.
Just play Janna and autoclimb :^)

if mid is your best role then yes
otherwise you will be ruined or outcarried by the enemy mid and will blame the jungler and bad teams
jungle is currently the most impactful i believe
There is no elo hell.
Only if you can control the map, hard carry, and focus your team on objectives.
