I think a delusional champion or a "chuunibyou" champion would be cool

Like imagine a champion who in their eyes, is waving a huge sword firing lasers and causing destruction everywhere, but to everyone else, the champion is just waving around an umbrella hardly doing any damage, But once they activate their "Synapse break" http://i.makeagif.com/media/2-26-2014/Z5kOYR.gif All of the other champions see what the champion sees and changes their gameplay dramatically. Like what used to be a swing of the umbrella is now a large sword spewing flames and what used to be a a small jump is now a leap with a large impact crater. It would be sort of like a transformation but instead of changing the champion, it changes the effects or amplifies them.

Obviously Rikka is the Queen of Chuunibyou (Duh) but I'd say Kuroneko (Gokou Ruri) is a much better overall character since she has shades to her whereas Rikka is all autism all the time (Not joking, she is literally autistic in her show, that is one of her characteristics).

I mean, how can you beat Kuroneko? she's just so kawaii .... she's also intelligent and cool which Rikka is not.

I kinda just want a champion where the player sees is different from what everyone else sees until they use a sort of "transform" type ultimate or toggle based on a certain resource.

Edit: yes kuroneko is cool and intelligent, and kawaii. But calling rikka autistic is kinda mean since it's not canon and not directly stated I'm pretty sure.

This could be interesting. Would they still have mana, would they have to fill a gauge, or would this be an ult?

At first I was thinking maybe it would be a toggled ult that drained mana but then the champion would either have to be A: a mage that built kind of like anivia, or B: a champion that built manamune. So I was thinking of something along the lines of either a huge powerspike ult like riven's where the ult is like the icing on a cake and adds more to what there already is, or maybe a ult like shyvana where you transformed and filled a bar to keep the ult going. But then this would be too similar to other champions. So afterwards I was thinking it could have been a passive, where if the champion killed enough things, chuunibyou mode would activate automatically, and then the ultimate would be a two-part ult. If the champion was in normal mode it would add like +50 delusion but if the champion was in full delusion mode then the champion would have this really powerful but easily telegraphed ult. In the end I have no idea though :\
