Tryndamere is being rarely played right now, and is rising up to be played because of Foggedbtw(Challenger Player). I see you're lacking knowledge on that champion, and he's not broken you just don't know how to play around him. Tryndamere is very kite-able, and doesn't have that much CC. One big contribution towards beating Tryndamere is run away when his ulti is up in battle, or bait out his ult.
Kiting, Champions like Teemo eat his face as long as he doesn't cheese early. He is also entirely AA based so blinds and AS slows > him.
Very vulnerable to early bullies, CC, and armor (i.e. thornmail). Poppy is a good option; good poke and damage, an anti-dash W, peel on her ult.
