If Draven could get worldwide fame and riches but he had to take down Noxus would he do it?
Like he had to betray Noxus, and everyone in runeterra will idolize him for it, would Draven do it?

Yes. Noxus cannot contain all that Draaaven forever anyway. 
Draven fancies himself above all.
There's a reason Draven is the only champ in game to unlock Big Head Mode.
