Help me to be a better adc?

OK im sorry if im posting this in the wrong place first of all, second of all i want to get better at adc. I find it the funnest role out of all roles but the problem is im so unreliable in that role I either do amazing and carry teh team or do horrendous. More of ten then not ill lose my cursor in team fight or sometimes i mess up and instead if clicking on the champion im trying to auto i click right in front of them and walk up to them (happens a lot to me) so im just wondering if there are any hints you guys could tell me to help me get better. Also jsut curious for adc in teamfights is using attack move or just regular moving and right click better? Thank you very much
