Personally it just seems like bard does no damage and i understand that he's not supposed to but still he should be able to do some damage with full ap and his ap ratios are horrible. This is just from my experience as bard i have no idea how others went.
Thoughts or tell me how wrong i am ?

He's a support specifically made to not be a direct threat to the enemy, can move entire teams through walls, can support two lanes at once, can put Baron in a bubble, and has free harassment out the ass. He doesn't need or want damage. If you're playing Bard to deal damage, pick literally any other champion.
