People are complaining about nerfs and buffs

The real issue is that every champion that Riot has made meaningful changes to in recent history has been placed either removed from competitive picks or boosted to the point of ban/pick. There is no in between for Riot's balance team and that speaks volumes to me about their ability to competence as designers.
