Yeah, more than halved his regen...
On the bright side, I just got my first penta on Mordekaiser last game. We were way, way behind the entire game, but their ADC decided to try and 1v1 our J4, so I just walked up and ulted her for the kill. Then used her ghost to murder the rest of the enemy team for the win.
His regen is less than 1/3 of what it used to be.
Don't ask why, Riot has their reasons... like... maybe... hmmm... ummm.... errr.... .... ....
Don't be fooled by the 0.05 AP ratio nerf on his W! It ticks once per second for 6 seconds, so he's actually losing a 0.30 AP ratio on his W.

Don't worry man his new movespeed boost on w will make up for it by allowing him to successfully run at adcs like kalista and apply consistent damage to them.
