Why do I feel like I the premade peer pressure this season may lead kids into voicechat with strangers?

I mean, I've been invited into thirdparty voicechat software countless times by friendly strangers i met in league who want to play and communicate as a premade. Because if you play with 4 strangers and rely only on pinging and writing, odds are you're gonna face a full enemy comp of IRL friends that are using skype. Is it fair?
