Combining Skirmishers Sabre and Poachers Knife

With the recent nerf to Skirmirshers Sabre and almost the complete absence of Poachers knife in the jungle, I believe that it could be a good idea to encourage stronger early game counter jungling by combining both. On one hand Rangers Trailblazer encourages more sustain lacked junglers on the other Chilling smite encourages more gank Oriented junglers and this is good as you can see both items in solo que and competitive play . Unfortunately when it comes to aggressive counter jungling and attempting you have 2 items competing for that spot Skirmishing Sabre and Poachers knife.

Both items have clear roles in there own right, Challenging Smite is more for 1 on 1 fights and killing the enemy jungler in there own jungle. Poachers Knife is meant for entering the enemy jungle and taking there camps both denying the enemy jungler gold and exp while increasing your own. However this leads to two problems. When you take any of these two items you lose both the sustain of rangers and the ganking potential from chilling smite. At the same time you have 2 sub par jungling items competing for what is essentially the same position which is Aggressive early game presence.

This instead of encouraging jungle diversity has lead to a Niche being created for these 2 items. Only junglers with high sustain are usually seen taking these items Nunu being the most obvious case, his consume allows him to sustain which gives him the opportunity to go into the enemy jungle and take there camps and maybe even kill the enemy jungler he has the 2nd highest win rate on champion.gg which should be noted . However champions like Jarvan, Lee Sin, Rengar, Pantheon, Xin Zhao, all champions with strong early games have fallen out of the meta because the jungle enchantment they should build are outclassed because the others are simply more practical. Due to the difficulty to they have to capitalize on early game pressure they fall off harder late game. and with the advent of tank jungler in the recent meta which I may note on the main counterplay these type of junglers being early jungle pressure where they are weakest nunu being one of the few exceptions , has forced them to take a back seat.
