I know back in 2012 at 55mins the IP gain cap would go to 145 [or something along those lines]. Is this still a thing? or is there a different system that currently exists to determine how much IP you game each win/loss and or game?
They haven't fiddled with end of game IP rewards for a long while, so theres still a cap to the time based component of your ip gains.
(So you can't intentionally arrange to stall out a game indefinitely for 'easy' IP.)
Of course, after preseason you won't get IP from games at all, and instead it'll just be xp towards your next level.
