Can we get an option to remove self cast on champion when hovering over portrait?

I'm pretty sure that not just I have, playing as Lux on the red side, gotten a bind and throwntheir cursur towards the bottom of the screen and accidentally casted it backwards or, playing as Fiora, tried to hop over a wall in the jungle and qed in place for the same reasons. It can be game changing when trying to get that kill or a clever escape but then not get anything.
