When I'm in champ select the champion images are not as clear as they are supposed to be. [CLIENT]

The champion previews (the little faces you click on to choose your champion) seem unfocused. I do not know how to reproduce the issue but I suspect it has something to do with my aspect ratio. This bug happens every time I'm in champs select. I will attach 2 images so that you can compare.
