New LeBlanc

I haven't seen anyone talking about the new LB yet, so i'ma start a conversation about her. I think that while she might be a little harder and weaker than before, she's a lot better thematically. I think Riot did a good job. To me, she's how an assassin should be. Picking off low health targets with wit and cunning and then making your escape. I think it's going to be a bit before people really get the hang of it, so i'm not going to say buffs or nerfs are needed. But I would like a little more clarity on the ult for the user. It can be really hard sometimes to tell what I'm doing. But for the most part, I like it. Thumbs up Rito.

But I would honesty like to hear what everyone else has to say too. Especially people at higher elos, where her mind games might come in more handy. Discuss below ^_^
