Went from 3 LP to demotion in just one game.

I'm thinking about quitting. I was in silver, i lost 2 placements and went to b5, climbed to b1 only to be unluckily pushed down to b2 and now im forced down to b3 again. Not to mentioned 2 losses prior to this i was losing 18 lp but going down by 25 points.

Depends on how many games you have won and lost recently. You might have just lost one too many games and your MMR dropped down to that of Bronze. This would result into you being demoted after hitting S5 0 LP. 1 Loss is about 3 wins in terms of MMR.
