I've been playing vlad for a bit and what i noticed in low elo, it is nearly impossible to fuck up on Vlad and not 1v5 by the 30 minute mark (assuming you know how to functionally play him). Pick this champ up and play him mid or top to get freelo

Well obviously. No one in low elo knows what grievous wounds is.
Vlad is good in low elo for two reasons.
Nobody respects Emp Q in lane.
They do not respect your presence in mid game team fights.
As you climb higher more skilled players will actually respect your emp Q and they will for sure be aware of your presence come mid game.
Also that spirit visage you build makes me want to puke no offense. I would replace it with morello. You will thank me later.
