I thought the Ryze login music would be a bit better. Urf mode postponed for siege mode? (?) Taliyah nerfed for some reason. Rek'Sai tunnel vision nerfed. Why? It went from "oh this is useful", to "oh this isn't too useful". Cloud Drake buff from normal speed buff that isn't necessary to -> get the dragon and you cant be kited at all. Pool Party Fiora skin. Goodbye unique items on Twisted Treeline.

Its like how tamh and kindred got changed quickly after release, making their champ spotlights useless. That's how you know how much idea and how much they use that PTS data... what's going on?

Someone uninvolved is likely making decisions irrespective of information. That's pretty much the only way things like this happen.
