Malzahar and the possible rework?

I like he's a great mage/assassin he's my favorite mid laner. When i heard that Malzahar might get changed along with i wasn't feeling great about it because i already feel like he's a great pick. But if riot wanted to change something i guess maybe his passive, i like the voidlings but sometimes i forget that they're even there sometimes. Maybe in the future riot could make it easier to to summon multiple voidlings. What do you guys think ?
