so lets conclude veigars gameplay on how to get a kill. E for stun and then Q R or Q W. and kill. please remove rabadons ap bonus scaling from his stacks. because when he is like lvl 12 he got the same amount of dmg as any ap carry/mage at lvl 18 fully maxed with ap items. like seriously he is one of the easiest champs to play in league and yet he got that dmg and a CC please nerf him
Veigar's balance comes in the form of 'if you can't stack, you can't kill crap', he's squishy and slow, and he can only delete 1 champ at a time before he goes into cooldown mode for about 10 secs where he's completely useless except for his Q.
There's a reason he got the 'final boss' arcade skin. If you know how to play against him, you win. You walk into him with zero knowledge and you're gonna get toasted. He's like every other mage - learn his burst patterns and avoid them and learn to counter them.

He is free to play so I played with him a little this week -
Stun - strong ability to punish position mistakes, but it isn't insta stun and you can easily avoid it in lane
W - hit one position after a long long indicator can be easily dodged
Q - 6 sec CD at lvl 1 I remember, plenty time for trading, and it's a skill shot
R - strong af
So basically he have one skill shot ability which will propably maybe hit and it on 6 sec CD
With little MR he can't one shot you with his full combo if you got caught and after he used his R he not so scarry
Just don't afraid to trade after he used his Q on creeps cause his passive
So play him if he's so OP.
His abilities are extremely easy to play around, That is HUGE weakness, they are not point and click abilities like some champions. (except for his ult).
So if you can walk around inside his E and avoid his Q and W, it does 0 damage. But if you get caught, then you should die instantly. He is a very high risk/high reward champion and that is what makes him balanced
Veigar allows the player to gain infinite power at the cost of incredible "squishiness". Any champion that catches him out is instant death without an ally nearby that can protect him.
Yet he is sitting at one of the most balanced win/lose ratios in the game at the moment. No thank you.

E for stun
You can't stun with E alone, it either requires your opponent to walk into the E, which is his mistake. Or you have to chain cc with the help of a team mate.
Also veigar has higher CDs and lower ratios that most mages.
Veigar is not op! if you have a good jungler and a good Team he is useless. In low elo he is over powered like trynda or yi because no one knows how to fight him. Veigar Needs to get camped or just tryharded and than he will get so useless
