nerf fizz

so first he got a so called rework where you made his ult just even more overpowered and you call it a rework. then you give him a mark. so katarinas mark got removed to be different from other assassins but you give fizz a new mark? riot fizz at lvl 6 even if they go full ad their ult deals at minium 60% of my hp when its not from the longest range either. they just R and playful/trickster. nerf him he got lack of gameplay and still that dmg. he can be invulnerable and jump over walls. w.t.f riot have you created???
