A small buff for the under- powered Graves that would make him seen in the Lcs alittle and balanced

Graves right now is under-powered one small buff and he would be balanced and a formidable ADC in the LCS. I'm just suggesting raising the AD ratio of Buckshot to 0.5 or .45 It would help him compete with Carries Like Lucian, Caitlyn, Draven, and Kogmaw. This would help him make the enemy decide whether to poke him and harass him in lane with more respect.

NEW: I think a better solution would be to lower his dash CD overall, or by making auto-attacks reduce the CD by 2 seconds on hit, doubled against champions, so he can kite and chase better. Or, lower it slightly but have the current CD lowering apply on towers so he can push and escape relatively safely when taking towers. Credits: Pokenub

You know, I think a 4.5 ratio might be a bit much.

He's pretty good as is. He has a lot of burst potential and is good in duels with other adcs.

With Lucian 's nerfs, I expect Graves is already in fine shape. His main problem was the atrocious matchup with the generally accepted best and most played ADC, and now my read is that Graves will be on at least even footing, possibly even ahead.
