Whats Wrong with Fiora and what can Riot Do to fix her (indepth)
The Rework Fiora is meant to bring some skills into getting kills. Changing everything on her kit making her a total new Champion. A Fiora main's thoughts after 40 games of Rework. 
**Her passive **sets up a special weak point if you hit it does a significant amount of damage, but the problem is the weak spot will 80% of the time go toward the rear of her targets. Thus making it near impossible to hit and you have to keep walking away so that the hit-box disappears and creates a new one. Is there anyway you could fix that hit box from appearing behind her opponent go toward the sides a little more or not? Lunge as the name says lets you lunge at your opponent or a short distance with a 60% refund if you hit a target (I love this) but here is what I hate about it. Her lunge gets outclassed by Irelia and she can only jump a few walls unlike Nidalee who can manage all of them or Lucian. The AD Ratio on Lunge is pretty weak also and fails to reset her AA. What I Propose is give Lunge a higher AD Ratio, be able to Reset her AA and extend her lunge distance so she can at least compete with the competition. Parry Fiora parries all incoming damage and disables for a short time, then stabs in a direction. This stab slows the first enemy champion hit, or stuns them if Fiora blocked a immobilizing disable with this ability. NOTHING WRONG HERE its beautiful probably the best skill in her set currently. BladeworkFiora has increased attack speed for the next two attacks. The first attack slows the target, and the second attack will critically strike. I like this as much as I hate it, why? It only gives 2 Attacks with 50% Attack Speed. making Fiora an useless Champion who cant fit any team comp she can't Split push or Take towers nearly as fast as she could before like Tryndamere or Jax nor stay in fights long because she feels as shes throwing a 2 ton foam sword instead a speedy weapon. Building Attack speed items on her hurts her Damage output. Maybe Riot could add a Passive Attack speed or include gains Attack speed of 25%,30%,35%,40%,45%. Maybe then she could at least Splitpush better instead of being stopped by the enemy team because its that slow. It is like having Syndra trying to hit the tower. The Grand Challenge Fiora reveals all four Vitals on the target champion and gains movement speed while near them. If Fiora hits all 4 Vitals or if the target dies after she has hit at least one, Fiora and her allies in the area are healed over the next few seconds. Love the concept but lets be honest if your opponent runs away you can never hit the targets or walks toward a wall adjacently you can't reach the targets. Her Lunge doesn't even count as a hit on a Vital either. Fix this please its annoying takes away The Challenge of using her Ultimate) it says she gains increased movement speed but i see no difference when I use her ultimate. maybe if your opponent turns tail to run they have one Large Vital point that does a ton of damage I don't know really because the AOE Heal makes her a top lane Janna more than a Top laner at all. maybe revert the Ultimate in general i don't know maybe someone can come up with an Idea.
Overall to me and a lot of people at the LAN center i go to agree Fiora seems lack the ability to stick on targets or Live in Teamfights. But every time I Play her i get sadder and sadder realizing how under powered she is right now. I hope Someone at Riot could read this would mean alot. Sorry for grammatical error
