Duo with a support that has tons of peel, or a top/jungler that will be a good front line that will peel for you. Literally, you just need someone to, idk, actually peel for the carry. Instead of trying to hard engage and put you in a position where someone can get to you.

And then you need to play in the back. Focus whatever is closest. Don't go for the, oh look I can hit their AP/ADC if I step past their cc heavy front line. (Not saying you do, but its something that makes me cry a lot, as a support main T^T)

Also, certain ADCs are better in the tank meta. Good: Jinx, Vayne, Sivir, Ashe, Kalista <-- they can all shred tanks, esp Vayne if she survives lane Meh: Lucian, Corki, Varus Really hard: Graves, Kog (no mobility), MF (pfft), Ezreal (I've heard blue isn't bad though) <-- they rely on abilities over consistent damage. Or they just don't scale as well.

No, I didn't op.gg you, so I don't know what you're playing, scoring or whatever. So take what you want and leave what doesn't apply.

Best of luck, I hate this meta too since it's kinda killed my ability to play my fave support. (sure, I can learn to adapt her, but I'll just learn braum/thresh for now)

as for advice, try picking carries with high range and poke, varus is a good example. His poke does relevant damage the whole game and he has crowd control

jinx is another one, Pow Pow them once or twice and back off.

Oh, twitch is really fun to play as. build him full damage crit with runaans and just Q in for invisiblity, pop your ult and rain death on the enemy carry and everyone else. you hit your primary target for 250% damage and anyone hit by both your bolt from runaans and your ult gets hit for 300% damage

adc is still one of the best roles. If anything, jungling has just become more annoying as time has gone by. You either do everything or you do nothing, that's why there's almost always a sejuani somewhere...that AOE stun and high sustained damage make her relevant even when behind

if master yi or lee sin fall behind, it takes a lot for them to get back in the game.

junglers also have to keep their eyes on like 6 spots the entire game while being a mix of selfish and self-less at the same time

Playing ADC is all about positioning. It takes LOTS of practice to get it down. Watch some videos online about ADC, it will help you a lot. ADC is my weakest role right now, so I'm trying to get better at it.

If you really want to start playing ADC, your best bet is to start playing one with a dash. Lucian Graves Ezreal Corki are pretty good to learn with because you can make more mistakes w/o it being as punishing(as in you dying or having to flash to live). Also an important thing for ADC is you have to be able to last hit with your AA's, so you should work on that. Its important for all roles, but moreso for ADC's because you need items to scale. This is the easiest to learn because you can do it in bots or in custom games to figure out how to do it. After that you need to learn positioning, as being in the wrong place = death. Best way to learn this is playing and your mistakes will most likely = your death. The best way to learn is to get it thrown in your face, as it helps you learn faster. Just bear with it and you will gradually improve so you are the one winning.

its less about this meta and more about your supports in laneing as for team fights ask for peels if your in a fight your a priority your squishy and you deal damage you can easily kill other squishys and bulky champs tanks are hard but you also wanna try to get them last try staying in the middle of a group and try to focus other adcs mages and damage dealing bruisers and save the guys with more hp for last unless there 100% you know for a fact alone and try to assassinate squishys if you can

as for champs id suggest Vayne Varus for tank heavy teams vayne is known for killing tanks and varus w when combined with his other spells does hp% as well as magic damage for everything elseJinx Caitlyn Ashe Draven are a few examples of champs with cc of some kind i main jinx draven varus and ashe since i can help bot lane peel and they all have cc in one form or another helping snow ball in some way or helping escape or peel in team fights atleast try em if your still having issues and lastly try getting a Thresh Braum Janna support they have peel and push offs and cc of there own hope this helps keep rockin man

Pick your champs very, very carefully. Work on recognizing where you can work the best ADC for your team, not just the ADC you are the best with. I'm a bronzie, but I've got a 63% win rate on Sivir because I know what team comps need her to supercharge them.
