Key and chest dissapeared after bug

I just finished a ranked game and got myself a key fragment (that was my third), so i went to craft a key,did that,afterwards i tried to open a chest, but when the chest was opening, the animation froze. I tried to got to the store and the go back at the my loot....saw that both my key and chest were gone.....some one know a solution?
