Skill in this game ?

So I was watching LLstilyshes stream the other day and he said something that made alot of sense. He literally said Riot doesnt care about making the game skill based at all, they only see that their games dying and losing players so what do they do they buff brain dead 0 skill champs I.E Garen to a point where hes viable/broken so even the avg. bad player can pilot him to a decent rank like seriously whats the point of playing something like camille or aatrox to try and win when you can get the same / better results playing jax or garen who are way easier to execute and in the case of jax becomes one of the if not the ebst duelist in the game lmao, the same goes for when they buff champs like yi and khazix they have fine win rates but they buff them to make the lower people climb more and not leave the game lol. I feel like theres literally no point in trying to play complex champs anymore when theres an easier option that can do the same or not better than the complex choice theres no real reward or incetive to play anything skill reliant anymore good job riot :)
