If you are warding properly, you should have enough warning when the enemy jungler comes to escape or re-position yourself.
If you know they are camping you then you should play more safely, avoid starting unnecessary fights, and try to waste the enemy jungler's time while your allies take advantage of the freedom they are given elsewhere.
Quite frankly, I try to make the enemy jungler camp me whenever I play a solo-lane if possible. I know how to play when I'm being camped and it allows me to relieve pressure from my allies and to waste the enemy junglers time.
Wave control is pretty important for this to work successfully, however. If you allow the enemy laner to freeze far from your tower and force you to overextend, you screwed up somewhere.
