Serious questions

I played League for years and in that time, I experienced a couple of minor bugs, none of which affected the outcome of my fights or the outcome of my games.

Streamers encounter bugs in the majority of their games, and they are direct contributors to their deaths in 80 % of cases when they appear, but they never credit game bugs and glitches with their kills.

How likely is it that League streamers have no idea what a bug is?

They just accept the bug and move on because Riot usually doesnt do something about it anyways.

A) sometimes they will say that to save face B) a professional player is much more likely to detect a bug than your average player because they have such experience that they have witnessed every interaction countless times resulting in them being much more able to tell when something is not working as intended.
