Nasus is one of the oldest fan favorites in the game and yet he has had an abyssal win rate for the entirety of season 6 (and I think most of season 5). I know he has had some of the highest win rates when things like jungle nasus where meta. Will nasus get buffed or is Riot scared of making him oppressive to play against.
i think it's more a prob of how u manage nasus .. at high lvl he is underpower ... due to ppl exploiting his weakness but on bronze/silver and prob gold ... a good nasus with a buff would result in free elo
he was strong for a while, it didn't result in a healthy gamestate.

Nasus is fine. Meta is just not the right place for him right now.
u cant really buff his kit without breaking him im afraid. but even if u buff him he still gonan get kited cause he is way too easy to kite
His winrate is far from abysmal and while he is slightly underpowered there isn't much riot can do about it.
In my elo, he gets kited to death. He gets ganked and shut down in lane, and frozen on.
I've had him picked as a counter pick to my 
but he just can't touch anyone who's ranged.
Just a lot of counterplay.
I have a 65% win rate with him in 77 games. I think he is fine.
I am in silver tho, so take it with a grain of salt.
If you buff him then it pretty much forces riot to gut his wither.
He is probably going to be one of the tanks that receive the most changes on the tank update that will becoming after the assassins update.
