I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question, but will unavailable skins ( Tribal, Professor, etc. ) be available a couple days after the rework hits live? Like when Nidalee had her skins available after the splash art update, and the SKT skins came out during MSI?

It would piss off a lot of players with the skins since they were released as limited skins so they probably won't be available. Then again, dynamic queue is still a thing so idk, maybe it's a possibility.
