Looking For Plat-Challenger Coaching In ADC & Jungle, Willing to Pay RP

Hello! Im a Bronze I ADC main and plays a little bit of jungle.

I find it hard to play in the ELO i'm currently at right now, I do want to get myself out of Bronze and hopefully Gold/ High Platinum Tier by the end of the year or the starting of Season 7. I have issues with many things and I don't know how to fix them, youtube videos temporarily fix them for me until I am down the drain. I have issues mostly with engaging and escaping teamfights at the right time, which causes me to fall off late game in terms of damage output in teamfighting and split-pushing. I always do Solo Queue which is also probably an issue but I have a hard time finding a good Duo-Q Support. I am getting tired of being terrible at this game, and I would like to fix this issues as quickly as possible so I can get better at this game, since I believe playing at my current ELO isn't teaching me crap! and I would like to recieve the help I need, Thanks!
