Hi. I've played today a 2 or 3 games with Talon. I am level 5 Talon since 2 months and willing to get 6 but here's the problem.

I am not able to do that. All the games i played with him i lost. It's not that i lose my lane but i am not able to help my team. I tried carrying my team but still fail to do that. Everytime i enter a teamfight, i am able to kill mostly ADC then it's hard to stay alive unless i had a flash or something. Problems i am facing is, my damage. I always feel a bit weak, i used to feel stronger... Like much much stronger.

I don't know where my problem lies. Is Talon weaker than i think he is now? Or is it i am not playing him right?

I would really appreciate some help and tips. Thank you for reading.

S3 Talon main here Hate to say it but git gud.

Talon isn't in the best stops right now, but he is still Talon. If your issue isn't laning phase, you aren't pushing your advantage properly.

I can also attest to the "git gud" mindset. Not insulting your skill, certainly. If you've attained level 5 you've at least played Talon enough that only a few things need be adjusted. At this point you should have your auto timer down packed for farming and your skill rotation locked in to win most trades. So laning, as you said, should be no hitch.

I can agree that Talon's early game is total shit, like that level one rake is... so unsatisfying. Like you coulda just auto'd for the same damage, haha. But late game, I've been absolutely anally destroyed by even mediocre Talons. So, I may not have the credentials on Talon to best suit you, but I can tell you it's probably play and decision based issues. Talon is pretty meh right now, but stick with him as far as playstyle and mechanics go because Assassins are getting a big class update soon. He has a strong chance to shine.

But, for starters, what runes and masteries are you running? And go ahead and give me your standard build.

Mastery 7 Talon main here. Ok so you have to look up VaporaDark's Talon guide and follow everything there except the runes and masteries. Find those somewhere else. I would spend some time explaining but I am in New York right now (live in New Jersey) so if you need some tips just reply and I'll eventually answer. Until then so what I said.
