Question about Bard (w) Care Taker Shrine

I main this champ so I ought to know this but since I don't... Bard's W is visable by him even in fog of war, however after about a second it grants no more vision around it. It also shows a small dot on the mini map. My question, if an enemy destroys the shrine in the fog of war, will it dissapear on the mini map? Or is it not going to show that it's gone until I get vision around it (like buff symbols on map, sometimes it shows the symbol as if it's their but it's actually not)
