Try getting a full team of foreign players every single game. All I ever see on the NA server is korean/asian languages. It's one thing to have a premade it's another to literally have a language gap in your game nearly every game.

Take it with a grain of salt... it does happen but it's usually fairly infrequent.

It's not like Riot could do something about that realistically, sometimes people want to play with an NA friend or just want to test their skills on the NA ladder.
