I haven't been toxic in months and my last "punishment" was taken out of context but i waited it out regardless instead of straight up quitting. I read somewhere i can "reform", how does one do this and why can I earn chests but not keys. I got a chest some hours ago from an s rank game but i'm assuming this game was a key game. Kind of dissapointing :(

edit: looks like i got another chest from that game i think? I got 2 chests now when I only had 1 before, kind of confused. qq
