matchmaking sh** list??

for the past few days i have been only put into normal games where my team had 2 leavers, complete trolls or obvious beginners. i havent played a single game when i got to play a reasonable 5v5 match. is there a matchmaking sh** list that people get put on if they are flagged or something? how do i get out of it. i havent come across this level of trolling or negativity in a long long time.
