From 100 to 0, Kindred NEEDS a buff

I'm a hardstuck, (somewhat) reformed silver player that loves to play jungle and dodges when autofilled. My opinion doesn't really matter in this case but hear me out.

Kindred is aatrox status atm. I haven't seen a kindred on my team since nidalee was queen of clearing. I don't even play them that much, but I always found her lore to be quite fascinating. Her style is pretty unique (except the 3-proc ability) and I really hate to see it all go to waste. An idea I had was what if her ult could be used even when she's under hard cc (like tryndamere) and increased base damage. I don't know but I hate to see her go to waste.
