Marks Of Precision Bug

Just a small visual bug I noticed while building a rune page. The marks of precision show up at +0.9 Leth / +0.62 M.Pen when in fact it gives + 1.13 Leth / 0.62 M.Pen but only show's this once you select the rune into your page.

Had me confused for a little thinking there was a tier 2 and 3 rune.
