As an old Darius main I struggle to think of a time Ashe would be a problem? Unless you lose your TOP lane really bad and Ashe snowballs and wins bot lane...

But really you should be tanky enough to just run up to her and E, W, Q, R her to death? She can kite with her slows and ult but try this;

And any other items you want to throw in there. Thornmail yes, is a good option of course but you want movespeed to get to her.

same way you deal with everything else in the game: Flash+Pull

If lifesteal is the primary issue, then you should just buy executioner's calling.

That said, you aren't supposed to kill late game Ashe as Darius unless you flash on her or her positioning is terrible. Darius has to put pressure on the map by dominating side lanes so hard that it requires the enemy team to send multiple members to you. The best time for Darius to join fights is via flank.

Try different champions that have high mobility, engage, and burst damage if you are looking to assassinate an Ashe.

Pray they you manage to activate Windspeaker's Blessing.

Late game it becomes hard for the juggernaut to be the one deleting the carry. Maybe early to mid game they can since the adc will have no damage while Darius can tank all he wants. Darius job in team fight late game really is to tank as much as he could, while weakening the enemy's front line. He has all that armor shred, true damage, and heal for that. But to get close to a good carry will be hard without flash.
