Should i buy Kennen?

Technically Kennen MIGHT be getting a good R nerf to kill off part of his jump in and spam a enemy team with his R .5 second stack applying spam cast that leads to multiple mini-stuns. Especially since i would not be amazed his mobility power as a energy champion combined with makes it relatively easy for him to all in initiate, set up a bunch o enemy champions to get stunned, do a bunch of damage in the process and any of his team mates can easily get off their own ability rotations and ultimates for massive damage (Such as a Zigg's ultimate, NuNu Ultimate, etc.) or just chain CC the hell out of the damage dealers of the enemy team and easily mop them up.

They cut the base damages in half basically for all ranks, did the same with the AP scaling (from 40% to 20%), with instead of dealing less damage per extra hit after the first, it instead deals extra damage per hit from the R by about 10% per successive hit (so basically that would mean 6 hits per [.5 second per hit for 3 seconds], so basically it would go from 100% damage to 110%, 120%, etc. and keep going till the last hit is at 160% the damage value, if its done thru additive then multiplying itself over and over again, probably be a bit scummy if it did on the latter).

I find its a great nerf though since what it does is make kennen's all in more focused on making the enemy champions take as many of the hits as possible, but the damage is extremely low so it makes the stun less abusive even if kennen only uses it to dive one enemy champion. Though the R itself not being a channel means technically Kennen likely use his other abilities during it to easily keep on top of a target and apply more marks for even more stun chaining).

But once again, i hope it kills off abuse with Kennen and hopefully later on they can do the same to and .

Funny how i did plan on getting him a while back during the PROJECT event but Fiora PROJECT skin made me change my mind since that was my freebie PROJECT skin, still enjoying that i got Fiora though.

At least Morg and Fiddle's can't get into the middle of your team easily (unless Fiddle's hops over a wall, but he should be rewarded for that, not blown up instantly.
